Paul Gileno – Chef & General Manager, Paul brings to the table extensive hotel/country club banquet management experience and expertise as a gourmet Chef, butcher, successful retailer, and businessman. His many dimensions have now been brought together to create and manage The Barn Restaurant at Quaker Hill Country Club. Paul’s culinary creativity and expertise allow us to employ a friendly, experienced, and highly motivate staff for your benefit.

Suchada K Palmer- Chef Born and raised in Bangkok Thailand the United States has been her home since 1992. I’m proud to say that I have deep passion and love for Quaker Hill Country Club. I began working in the hospitality industry since the age of 18 and has a BA in Hospitality and management from Siam University, Bangkok Thailand.

Amy Cilmi – Floral Designer
We are proud to be partnered with Amy’s Flowers. Amy is a local resident of North Salem, N.Y. who studied floral design with Paula Pryke in London and turned her passion into a business. Whether it’s a small dinner party, a floral gift delivery or a lavish wedding affair, Amy takes it to a new level of unique designs. Custom floral arrangements and container designs are her specialty.
